Because We Need to be Focused on Health

We need an abundance of energy, positive outcomes, productive lives to keep ourselves from developing illness, sickness and disease. We will always have to work hard to keep healthy, because life is all about declining health and death.

What is health chart

There is no punishment in disease, it is just part of life. Sometimes we can know why we are unhealthy, sometimes we will never know why we are chosen to follow the path of disease.

I am in the health field, and I see so many who are sick, some get well, some do not. Sometimes it is because we do not know what health is and what unhealthy is. I find most people do not think enough about being Healthy because they do not have enough information on what it is.

This post is just to stir up your thoughts about your own health, to ask questions and get your own answers.

What are you and what do you want to be?

U – Unhealthy. We are unhealthy when we FEEL unhealthy. Our bodies break down naturally from age, but this can be premature due to genes, unhealthy living, or poor choices.

N – Negative. When we do not embrace negatives. We change them and do not let them attach to us to cause illness.

H – Hygiene. When we do not keep ourselves hygienically well, our bodies will not be able to fight off foreign organisms and will often turn to fight our own bodies. (Auto-immune states).

E – EAT. When we eat whatever, we want to, not paying attention to additives that may harm us. Avoiding sugar and processed foods is a good start to staying healthy.

A – Appetite. When our appetites are ravaging. Any appetite for anything, if it becomes bigger than us, then it controls us. Control all appetites.

L – Light. When we avoid the light, or truth. Our bodies and our minds give us clues as to whether we are healthy or not. Pay attention to what drains our energies.

T – Talk. When we do not walk our talk and are not true to what we believe. We can fool ourselves, and when we believe a lie, we can become fools.

H – Hate – When our lives are filled with hate it drains any energy for good. All our focus is negative and to be productive and avoid draining our health, we have to work hard in this area.

Y – Yesterday. When we are always looking at yesterday instead of tomorrow. Who knows what will happen tomorrow? What if we keep hope?
